About the Workshop
The workshop will begin with a yoga class, where
Swamiji will explain the Science of Yoga Posturing
based on eastern philosophy. This will be followed
by meditation, chanting and end with a healing
session

Swami Kripananda started training with the legendary
Yoga Teacher
Mr. B.K.S Iyengar
in 1983. He was initiated into the Science of
Shaktipat Meditation by His Holiness
Swami Shivom Tirth
Maharaj of the Tirtha lineage in
the same year. He received his second initiation
from His Holiness Mahamandaleshwar
Swami Arjun Puri Maharaj
in 2005. He left India for his travels abroad
in 1998.
Kripa Yoga is a unique method of self realization and
spiritual growth introduced to the world in 2000 by
Swami Kripananda. Regular practice of this form of
yoga helps the practitioner to achieve the arousal
of the kundalini effortlessly. An awakened kundalini
leads to enlightenment. Swamiji travels the globe
teaching this method of yoga and meditation to all
who care to practice it.
Swami Kripananda has been studying yoga and meditation
for nearly 25 years. Much traveled and greatly loved
by his followers, Swami Kripananda is a healer of
extraordinary abilities. His meditation workshops

Who can attend
Q. Who can attend Swami Kripananda’s Yoga and Meditations
Sessions?
A.
Anybody can attend the yoga and meditations
conducted by Swami Kripananda. Beginners are welcome
to the retreats. If you have a medical condition,
however, it is important that you consult with your
doctor and inform us about the condition so we can
make the necessary preparations to accommodate you.
Q. What do
I bring with me for the Workshop?
A.
For the yoga, it helps to bring along a
yoga mat. For the meditation, it helps to bring
along a meditation seat or cushion. If you do not
have one, we will try and provide you with one. |
