Kripa Yoga is a unique method of self realization and spiritual growth introduced to the world in 2000 by Swami Kripananda. He has visited Saudi Arabia in the past, teaching his techniques of centering and meditation to members of the Royal Family in Saudi. The techniques are not of any religious orientation but purely scientific in nature. Swamiji travels the the world teaching this method of yoga and meditation to all who care to practice it.
