Sit on your heels and bend your left
arm over the shoulders.
Place your hand on the upper back,
palms between the shoulders blades.
Push (Pull?) the left elbow with your
right hand.
Now take the right hand behind from
under and try to hold the left hand from behind.
Stay!!!
Do this both ways.
Twist laterally both ways
