Paschim = West or the dorsal side of the body

Uttar = North

Asana = Posture

 

 

Sit in dandasana

Inhale and stretch both hands vertically up.

Extending both sides of your body lean forward and hold both feet.

Work towards taking the chin beyond the knees.

Stay!!!

Inhale and come up.
