Bada = Placed
Pada = Foot
Paschim = West or the dorsal
side of the body
Uttar = North
Asana = Posture
Sit in dandasana
Bend the right leg at the knee.
Place the right foot on of the left
thigh.
Inhale and stretch the right hand.
Extending the right side of your body
hold the left foot.
Work towards taking the chin beyond the
knee.
Stay!!!
Inhale and come up.
