Jump three to four feet apart.
Join your hands behind your back.
Take your left foot out and your right
foot in.
Turn completely to your left.
Inhale and throw your head back
Exhale and go forward and downwards.
Release your hands and place them onto
the floor.
The legs should not bend at the knees.
Stay!!!
Inhale and come up.
Take the feet in and jump into tadasana.
Repeat on the right side.
